Time to get updated couple portraits? Do we do that? The answer is YES! Re-experience the love affair with a photo shoot of you both.. Maybe you want something a bit more casual then just your wedding photographs to decorate your home, and something a bit more fun and fresh. It's a lot like an engagement photo session, but maybe you've never had one, or it's time for a new one!

It's All About the SHOES!

One of our favorite things to photograph at weddings are the shoes. How can you not love a gorgeous heel? When we see a stylish shoe we can't help but get overly creative with the shoe shots! I thought it would be good to share some of our favorite shoe and ring shots over the last few years. We took some shots of a pair of divine Christian Louboutin's at a recent wedding we did with wedding designer, Duncan Reyes, but we are going to have to hold those back till they print in an upcoming magazine! Lastly, I want to say a shout out to Heidi Hughett of Coastside Couture who inspired me to do this blog post. She is hopelessly in love with fabulous shoes!

The Lady Crooners

We LOVE this song from The Lady Crooners, as well as their video. We are thrilled they will be graciously lending us this song for our website, which is soon to have a great new look. Brook and I recently had the opportunity to photograph The Lady Crooners at their concert in Santa Cruz at Kuumbwa Jazz where they released their spankin' new album, The Lady Crooners. Their music has a very soulful folk pop sound with beautiful harmonies, and interweaving guitars. Check them out on their website or Facebook for their latest shows on when they'll be playing.
